- Go to Google Forms and create a new form.
- Change the title of the form and name the file to reflect its purpose (e.g., "Contact Us Form").
- Add the necessary fields such as:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Any other information you'd like to collect from your customers.
- Optionally, you can customize the form’s appearance by changing the font for different text fields.
- Once your form is complete, go back to the Google Sites editor.
- Under the "Insert" tab, scroll down and select the "Forms" option.
- Choose the form you just created from the list.
- Insert the form into your website and adjust the size as needed to fit your page layout.
